Inspire and Create Cocktails (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides cocktail services for events hosted in hired event rooms and private residences. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer.
Alcohol Consumption
- Legal Drinking Age: All guests must be of legal drinking age in the relevant jurisdiction to consume alcoholic beverages. It is the responsibility of the event host to ensure that all guests meet this requirement.
- Responsible Drinking: We encourage all guests to drink responsibly. We do not promote excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption and will not serve individuals who appear to be intoxicated. Event hosts are responsible for the behaviour of their guests and for ensuring that guests do not drive under the influence of alcohol.
Liability
- Event Host Responsibility: The event host is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of their guests. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur as a result of alcohol consumption during or after the event. This includes incidents involving third parties.
- Property Damage: While we take care to protect your property during our service, we are not responsible for any damage to personal or rented property. Event hosts should ensure that their property is adequately insured against such risks.
- Force of Nature: We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or other emergencies.
Health and Safety
- Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: It is the responsibility of the event host to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. While we will make every effort to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee that all beverages will be free of allergens.
- Covid-19 and Other Health Guidelines: We adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines, including those related to Covid-19. Event hosts are responsible for ensuring that guests comply with these guidelines.
Cancellation Policy for Mixology Events
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please review our cancellation policy below:
- Cancellations Made Within 7 Days of the Event:
Please note that cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. - Cancellations Made More Than 7 Days in Advance:
If you cancel your booking more than 7 days prior to the event, we will retain 50% of the total booking fee to cover administrative costs. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
Kindly notify us of any cancellations at your earliest convenience.
Governing Law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising from this disclaimer or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
